Bio

Movement has always been a staple throughout my life. I grew up as a competitive wrestler and learned lessons of discipline and commitment from an early age. I began my career in 2016 as a personal trainer at Equinox. After one year I became a Tier 3+ trainer, the top producer of sessions at my location and top 100 in company worldwide. In addition to training, I served as a mentorship leader to on-boarding trainers and led education fitness seminars at my club. My time at Equinox molded me into the trainer I am today and facilitated my reverence for the fundamentals. My training style is all about integrity of movement through the basic movement patterns and utilizing tension as injury prevention.

In 2019, I left Equinox to work fully independent as a private fitness trainer. Independently, I have been able to maintain and grow my business, adapting to virtual methods during the pandemic. Spending 10,000 hours in the gym training clients has made me attuned to the experience of fitness and the impact space, relationship and service have on the consumer.
