In Person Coaching
Train with me in person at my private studio located at 25 West 14th Street. Initial consultation and assessment are always on me and I take care of all gym fees. In addition to in-person training, every client gets a customized 4-week program that I design in accordance with goals and information gathered during our initial consultation. This program will be available through my custom app which is downloadable to your phone. The program not only includes our workouts together, but homework and nutrition for the entire month.
Virtual Coaching
Train with me virtually through Zoom or Facetime. Like in-person training, we begin with a virtual assessment and consultation where I will gather information regarding goals, exercise history, lifestyle and nutrition. Based off of the assessment, I will suggest equipment or happy to work with what you already have at your disposal. Bodyweight is also perfectly fine. Like all my services, the program will be available to you through my app and I will curate your fitness and nutrition for the entire month.
In App Fitness Programing
Customized fitness program through my app for a month. We will begin with an initial phone call consultation which will inform the program and the frequency of the workouts. Each workout has a video next to the exercise with a set and rep scheme feature. I update the program weekly. Best option for those already familiar with training. After a month we will virtually check in and set goals and intentions for the next program.
